A Kentucky Win Makes Us Kentucky People Happy

Here in March it is all basketball for us Kentucky folks. We live and breath basketball and our cats are proving to be one of the best teams in the nation. When they play Brad and I scream at the TV, jump up and down and do a lot of fussing at the ref. Caroline looks at us like we are crazy!! I'm sure people don't act this way in China. I'm sure she will be a Wildcat fan before long and learn to love them just like we do. Here are a few pictures of our warmer days spent outside:)

Luke's Birthday and a Snowy Weekend...AGAIN

This Saturday was Lukes 5th birthday. Its hard to believe that he is already 5. Time sure does pass fast when your kids are little. Everyone will tell you that, but until you are living in it you really don't understand. Almost everyone that knows me knows that I wanted a girl so bad when I was pregnant with him. In fact I cried when they told me it was another boy. That ruined my plans of having one boy and one girl and being done. The perfect American family. I didn't understand why "MY" plan failed, but now it is oh so obvious. We have Luke, Cole's best friend and we also have Caroline. What an amazing journey it is when you can look back and say now I get it.....Now it all makes sense:)
