HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!

Today I am 31!! Wow where did time go? It seems like just yesterday I was in high school playing sports and trying to find the next party on a Friday night. I have been blessed in so many ways and can't wait to see what God has in store for me in the years to come. There are so many things left to accomplish and so many questions. Will I actually get to hold my baby girl that I have prayed for and dreamed about for years? Will I go back to school to get my Rank 1? Will I get to go to Hawaii for my 10 year anniversary? Will I move into a bigger house or be satisfied with this one and put my money elsewhere? Will my boys be okay with a little sister? Oh well....I could go on and on, but these are just a few. Here are a few pictures that I took of things my husband and mom got me for my birthday! Got to love birthdays even if it means we are a year older.

A warm day finally!

It was so nice to have a warm day. Cole stayed outside all day with the neighbor and loved it. He is such an outside kind of kid. He absolutely loves it. I have to admit I enjoy it too because I can get some much needed things done in the house without interruption. This past Friday my dad made a snowman for Cole. He named him Max. Maybe it will be the last snowman of the year???? Time will tell I guess.

Thankful Thursday

I have so much to be thankful for tonight. Right now I am feeling really tired because Brad has just started to work nights.....many, many nights. Now that I have both the boys on my own almost all the time I realize how much he helps me. I guess it goes back to the old saying, "You don't know what you got until it's gone." No, Brad is not gone(thank goodness), but right now he is absolutely no help to me. I try to look at the positive in all things......and the positive for this??? Well, I'm still thinking!! No really when he works like this the money is nice and it is a chance for us to either pay off something or save.


*I am thankful that I have a husband that is willing to work hard.

*I am thankful for the health of my two boys. It is amazing to watch them grow and learn new things each day.

*I am thankful for my job.

*I am thankful for the kids at work who make my job a lot easier. I love them with all my heart. Yes, all of them!

*I am thankful for Barb at work who makes me a better person.

*I am thankful for my sister for bringing me milk when I am too tired to take the boys out in the cold.

*I am thankful for my friend Kelly who I can talk with on the phone for hours about anything. She makes my nights go by a little faster.

*I am thankful for my mom and dad who step up and do what they can to help when Brad is working so much.

*I am thankful for my sister-in-law that fits into the family so well.

*I am thankful for General Hospital and the fact that I can record it and watch it when I have time.

*LAST BUT NOT LEAST I AM THANKFUL FOR QUIET NIGHTS LIKE TONIGHT WHEN I GET TO HAVE SOME ME TIME!!!!!

A busy Valentines Day Weekend!

This weekend I spent most of my time with my three favorite people. Luke got his first haircut on Saturday. He did a lot better than I expected. He sit in the barber chair like a big boy.








My cousin had her little boy a first birthday party. Happy Birthday Carter!!
